• 1 part of 30m2: the stay (settee and television) and a corner kitchen-equipped separated by a bar.
Equipment of the kitchen: a refrigerator provided with a small freezer, a microwave, a cooker, a cof fee machine, a grid bread and all current ustensils to pass a pleasant stay. |

Outside, each list has a large ground equipped
pieces of furniture of outsides (table and chairs), of a pergola and a barbecue.
The swimming pool of the owners (6 meters out of 12 meters), commune with the four lists, is at your disposal.
